Hi I'm Kristina

I grew up in Arizona. I will be leaving my home for 18 months to serve a mission in Chile. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I just recently graduated high school and am planning to attend college after my mission. I have worked as a caregiver to the elderly. I love all things having to do with the water and was on the swim team in high school. I try to spend most of my time outside or around friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in this church my whole life, but I didn't know it was true until I was 14. At that time I was really struggling with my testimony and what I had been taught. I wasn't sure if God was even real. I decided that I had to sincerely pray to Him and that I had to be open-minded about even getting an answer. When I did I felt His love for me and I knew that all the other things I had been taught were true. I am so grateful to have been blessed with His gospel in my life. I know I am a better person because of the influence the gospel has in my life. I want others to be given the opportunity to have this blessing the same as I have. For this reason I have decided to serve a mission and I'm excited to say I have been called to serve the people of Chile.

How I live my faith

In my branch I plan the activities that we do outside of church. These activities are really just to have fun and to get to know each other better. Some activities we've done are hikes, canoe and quad trips, and movie nights. These activities are for members as well as visitors or investigators.
