Hi I'm Brandon

I play guitar, trombone, piano, and have learned a little cello. Music inspires me, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play music. I started piano when I was 8, but only had three years of lessons. After that I played trombone through middle and high school. Junior year, I picked up a friend's guitar and started learning. Soon I bought my own and have enjoyed every second of it. I constantly look for new ways to improve my musical abilities. I also enjoy learning of any kind. I try to find new things that interest me all the time. Unfortunately, this also means I start many things without actually finishing them. Anything from wanting to build a go-kart, to learning programming, to learning a new language, to learning about philosophy. I start my mission in Spain in May, after which I will attend college to get a degree in engineering. I have always been interested in how things work, and have always wanted to find new ways to improve how they work.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a Mormon, but that doesn't really matter. I chose to be a Mormon. I chose because I knew it was the right thing to do. I know that Christ lives, and that through him all may be saved, if they will change. I have come to know the power of that sacrifice. I feel the influence of the Holy Ghost several times a day. I love the joy the truth brings. I know that Joseph Smith was called by God to restore the truth. The Book of Mormon is true, and if you read it, and pray about it, you will receive an answer. I have received an answer. I know The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the true church.

How I live my faith

My faith is my life. I can't imagine who I would be without it. I have recently been called on a mission to Spain, to which I will go in May.
