Hi I'm Zack

I grew up in mid-state New York. I am going on a mission. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am tall and often or not hit my head on things. I love my family very much and am grateful for each and every one. I love playing all manner of sports and physical recreational activities such as snowboarding or playing ping pong. I also enjoy reading and viewing live productions of plays, movies and musicals.

Why I am a Mormon

I've always had a knowledge of the principles and standards of the church. However, I did not let the seed of faith grow within my heart and fell away from the church in my latter teenage years. I lived shackled with the chains or guilt and sorrow upon my soul for years. While my life was spiraling down the path of increased sorrow and pain, I moved to southern Utah to live with my mother at the age of 19 and there I saw the power of living the principles of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I began to change. My testimony started to grow and develop more and more as I took the steps to prepare to serve a mission, and in doing so, I became a witness to the power of repentance. I live it. I love it. I don't go a day without it. In my experience there is no greater joy in my life that I have felt then when I was adhering to the principles of the Gospel.

How I live my faith

I am very active in Ward and community activities, and I have a calling in my ward. I enjoy reading the scriptures and spending time with a daily devotional, or special time I reserve everyday to pray and to commune with my Father in Heaven. I find writing my thoughts and feelings I receive, both spiritual and chronicle, is not only therapeutic and enjoyable, but a source for me to view my blessings. I live the gospel standards and the commandments God has given me.
