Hi I'm Jacee Beesley

I'm from Alpine, Utah. I am serving a mission in Lubbock, Texas.

About Me

I enjoy the outdoors. I like to go camping and hiking. I also enjoy boating and all water sports. I slalom ski, sky ski, wakeboard, etc. I went to a few semesters of college. I am studying psychology, hoping to do some sort of therapy in the future. I love to serve others. I have volunteered at a local homeless shelter in various ways. I have served at rest homes. And I most recently went down to Ecuador to volunteer in orphanages. I loved Ecuador so much because I love serving, and I love kids. I want a lot of kids because I love family. I spend most of my free time playing with my nieces and nephews.

Why I am a Mormon

I was fortunate enough to be born into the church. I have always had a testimony of the church. I can think of a few times when my testimony hasn't been as strong as it should have been, but then I feel the Holy Ghost at the most unexpected times and I can't deny the truth. I have gone through my fair share of hardships, and I know I wouldn't have made it through those without the help of The Lord and the gospel. I know that I am happiest when I live the gospel. I have felt the Holy Ghost testify of the truth of this gospel and the restored church way too many times to not know this is where I need to be. I recently made the decision to serve a mission so I can help other people see the truth, know The Lord, and come into His church.

How I live my faith

I have been a primary teacher in the past. I taught 7-8 year olds and loved their enthusiasm. I also participate in visiting teaching. I have set up many volunteer opportunities for members of my ward. We have volunteered at the training school (special needs), various rest homes, the homeless shelter, etc.
