Hi I'm Jackson

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was a student but am now taking two years to serve a mission for the church in the Washington DC North Mission, speaking Spanish. I love following sports like College Football, College Basketball, NBA Basketball, and Soccer. I also love playing sports, hanging out with friends and being happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, but like everyone, I had to come to a decision for myself if the church was true. I have always known it is true, but my testimony has grown gradually as I have prayed, studied scriptures, listened to church leaders, and exercised faith by making correct choices. I know that the gospel has and will continue to provide a solid foundation for me when I experience hard times. It is the sure way to true joy and it can bring everyone joy if they choose to exercise faith and accept the spirit in their lives. I know Jesus Christ is my Savior and His atoning sacrifice helps me move forward and become better every day. I invite you to exercise any faith or curiosity you have and discover the truth for yourself.

How I live my faith

The Gospel of Jesus Christ brings peace and a sure foundation to my life. In all things, when I have an eternal and spiritual outlook, I can always be happy and know my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are there for me. I am serving my mission right now so that others can feel that peace and have a foundation built on Christ and His gospel.

Who wrote the Book of Mormon?

Jackson
The Book of Mormon is written by ancient prophets who lived in the Americas. It is a record of their dealings with God and Jesus Christ and how the same gospel was established on the American Continent. The crowning event of the Book of Mormon is the record of Christ's visit to the American people after His resurrection. Show more Show less
