Hi I'm Caranna

I am a busy Mom of 5 energetic boys. I love to read, cook, sew, and draw. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am one of five children. I was born in Utah but moved to Idaho when I was only 2. I lived in Idaho for most of my life but have recently moved to a rural town in Wyoming. My husband and I met each other while attending Idaho State University and were married later that year. We now have five energetic boys of our own. I am a stay-at-home Mom. My days are filled with diapers, laundry, and walks to the park. I am a big fan of music. Music can lift my mood, increase my energy and just help me get through the day. I love to dance as I do dishes and sing as I cook dinner. I also enjoy art: drawing, painting, even coloring in coloring books with my kids brings me joy. I love to read and enjoy sewing if I can ever find the time.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that this is the true gospel of Jesus Christ. I have felt it! Time and time again, the Holy Spirit has testified to me of the truths that are taught in this church. The world can be a dark place, but because we are led by a living prophet of God we know which way we should go, and the things that we should do.

How I live my faith

I strive to live a Christlike life. I want to be His hands and do for others what He might if He were here. I look for needs and try to fill them. I try to live a life of service, because I know that I am happiest when I am serving others. For many years I have taught young children the gospel during Sunday meetings. In recent months I have had the opportunity to work with the Webelos, the 10 year old boys, during their weekly meetings and activities. I also serve as the secretary in our church women's organization.
