Hi I'm Dan

I'm from Northern California, I'm studying Computer Science and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am logically minded and very interested in technology. I follow and enjoy reading about each new tech innovation and I am currently a university student studying Computer Science. I also like to play tennis and read fiction. I am different from most people in my family in that I am just as content by myself as I am when spending time with them. Although I do love watching movies with them and catching up with my brothers.

Why I am a Mormon

When I became truly converted to the Gospel of Christ, I had to understand that the want for logical reasoning must be set aside to make way for ideas and doctrine that require faith. My faith came by reading the Book of Mormon and attending church. Analyzing and evaluating the doctrine will not do; for me it required faith to accept the principles of the Gospel. This church gives me true perspective in life. I know that by following Christ I am becoming a better person, and I believe that this church's Gospel contains the most true doctrine of Christ. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is Christ's restored church, and He is the head of it. The Book of Mormon makes clear the doctrines of Christ. I have been greatly blessed by following His Gospel and by participating in His church. I know that by continued involvement in the Church, I will always have support and a place to go when trials arise and life gets tough.

How I live my faith

I participate in my student ward by home teaching four other people in the ward. It is a great opportunity to serve others. I also help to organize ward activities and implement the ideas as the events take place. I attend church weekly and read my scriptures daily to keep the Gospel a major part of my life.
