Hi I'm Jaden

I'm from Utah. I will be a missionary in the Uruguay, Montevideo West Mission in July. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old and am currently in college and waiting for this semester to end so that I can leave to go serve a mission! I have been called to serve in Uruguay and am so excited for that opportunity! I love to dance and I love outdoors. I would definitely choose the country over the city any day. I love to go hiking, four-wheeling, camping, hunting, fishing, skiing, or anything that takes me outside. I especially love trying new things and going on adventures.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it brings happiness and direction to my life. My parents are both members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and they raised me to follow its teachings as well; however, the choice to stay a Mormon was completely up to me. No one has forced me to go to church, in fact, all through high school and still, I loved going to church! Being a Mormon has taught me how to live a life with high standards. It has taught me why I am here on Earth, what my purpose is, and where I will be going when it is my turn to go. I find peace and joy by being a Mormon and I hope to be able to help others find the same happiness that it brings.

How I live my faith

I am lucky enough to be able to teach a class on Sundays to other students that are going to college with me. I love being able to teach them but I feel like they teach me more than I teach them as they participate in my lessons. I also have two girls that I have been assigned to take care of. I get to visit with them on multiple occasions and sit down with them once a month to share an uplifting message with them. I love these girls and I love the people that I get to teach in my class.
