Hi I'm Aly Coleman

I'm from Lakewood, California. I love languages. I was born and raised in this gospel. I know it's true. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm Alycianne but go by Aly. I'm the middle child of three. I have an older sister and a younger brother. I'm from Southern California. I've lived in more than 10 different houses, but they were all within the cities of Bellflower and Lakewood. I am currently attending my first year at BYU in Provo. My heart lies in languages. I've been taking French classes for four years now, and right now I am self-teaching myself Spanish. Next, I want to learn Russian and German. Well as many languages as I can. I think it would be amazing to be able to go up to any person in the world and be able to speak to them. I am considering majoring in International Relations.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in this church and I have a strong testimony that its true. I have a testimony of the Atonement of Jesus Christ and I know that Joseph Smith was a true and living prophet. I know that Heavenly Father has a plan for each one of us and that we can all return to live with him again. I've been able to experience joy and happiness that has changed my life, a feeling of joy and happiness which only comes through the gospel and the church. I have been blessed to know that Heavenly Father loves me so much and that he loves all of his children. I know that I have a purpose in life and I don't have to wander through life not knowing where to go. Through faith in Jesus Christ, I was able to find answers to my greatest questions. I have gone through many trials, but I came to know that through faith in Jesus Christ, we can overcome anything and all things.

How I live my faith

I strive to help others in need through acts of service, and I try to be loving and kind to all people. I study and ponder the scriptures and do my best to apply them to my life. Prayer has become one of the single most important things in my life.
