Hi I'm Eve

Part of the Pioneer generation of Pathway in my city, I am studying in BYUI online,a well-fare specialist, a friend and Mormon!

About Me

Hey! Nice to meet you :) I'm Eve Virrey and well I wil tell you a story about, grewing up in Christian churchs, with divorced parents, living from city to city, not so many Friends and any hope. Yeah, by these moment you can be thinking if you grew up in so many churchs why you didn't have any hope? Well, because I was feeling "no loved" by anyone. It was very difficult to lead with the divorce of my parents, to live in rotating custody, moving from city to city and with a non very good self steem. Life can be difficult, but we need to carry on. We need to find the things we love and brings us passion and well... I love to serve others and I think i'm in the right path (:

Why I am a Mormon

As I was growing up in too many churches and while Reading the bible, I got some doubts about who was exactly "God" and "Jesús". Verses in the old testament talking about a sealed book, in the new testament about sheep that are not of this fold, revelations telling about an angel with a trumpet that I was very confused. Some Friends also laughed of me because, even though I was growing under the Lord's commandment my parents got divorced and I got dumped from my house. But, I decided to get baptized because here I find answers, I feel closer the love of our Saviour and our Father of Heaven. I know that everything I lived was necessary to find my "own way" and that the Lord don't gives us "proofs" that we can't overcome. Maybe you can be thinking... Yeah but right now I have a big problema (or whatever) I will answer you: " Friend, you are NOT living Drama, it's just black Humor" ;) Smile, someone cares for you better tan anyother person on earth.

How I live my faith

I love to serve as Self-Reliance specialist of my Ward. I love to learn about how we can help others being self-reliants and help them find their way to do it. Maybe you can be thinking that "yeah.. sounds great...for the members" but let me tell you "No!" we are all sons of the same Father, so I love to serve everyone!!! it doesn't matter if they are part of my "faith" or not. We need to love and care for each other (: Imagine if our Heavenly Father only cared for the old Eastern?!
