Hi I'm Jayce

I was born into the church, raised in Tennessee. I have been called to serve in Indonesia in April, 2015.

About Me

I have been a member all of my life. Most of my friends have been Mormon because I was home schooled so most of my interaction was at church. I graduated early and went to BYU at 17 years old. I had a wonderful experience there and plan on going back. I came home to serve my mission. I will serve in Indonesia starting April 22nd, 2015.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that it is the truth. Not only that but I see how it has helped me and all of my family. I don't know where I would currently be without the gospel, but I am very glad I am here. I never really had an 'Ah-ha!' moment for knowing the truth of the gospel. I always based my testimony off of my family and other members of my ward. Slowly this became my testimony. As I saw the happiness and miracles in other members life's, somewhere along the way I gained my own unbreakable knowledge of the truthfulness of the church.

How I live my faith

I am currently going to church with a group of other young single adults (YSA ward). I have a calling as a leader or supervisor over some of the other members' home teaching. Home teaching is something we do as a ward. It mostly involves watching over each other and helping with each other's needs.
