Hi I'm Megan Coleman

I grew up in Southern Idaho. I love to play basketball with my friends and family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently going to school at BYU and hope to study either Sports Medicine or Nursing. I love to play almost any sport, but especially basketball. All 6 of us kids in my family grew up playing basketball. It's the best when we all play together. I also love to do anything adventurous like hiking...but I'm not much of an adrenaline junky. Hights...no thank you!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the LDS church and it has blessed my life beyond comprehension. I have experienced so much happiness because I know Christ is helping me in everything I do no matter how small. Since coming to college, I have realized how important it is and lucky I am for the knowledge of forever families. Because of Christ's Atonement, I get to be with my family forever. No greater joy than the knowledge of this. I'm a Mormon because I know I need to be. It answers questions that I would be so lost and confused by without these answers. The LDS church brings me the greatest happiness.

How I live my faith

I participate in my ward here at BYU by simply teaching the girls that I am assigned to, once a month. I really enjoy teaching these specific girls and getting to know them. It's more than just teaching them because I've been told to, but has become a way to make awesome friends! I also participate in as many activities put on by my ward as possible. There's so many fun activities that I wouldn't want to miss out!
