Hi I'm Jentzen

I was born and raised in Utah. I love to read, play sports, and be with my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a young man who just graduated from high school. I ran track and was into crossfit. I am an avid reader. I will read just about anything. I have a large family and am right in the middle. We spend a lot of time together at my siblings sporting events and at home.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I cannot deny it. There were times in my life when I hit all time lows. And all I wanted to do was deny my faith because it was "hard" and I wasn't sure I believed it anymore. But as soon as I tried to deny my faith, I could not. As hard as I tried to say the word, "it isn't true," I could never do it. As I did my best to focus my life on the Savior and give up what I wanted for what He wanted, I saw my life do a 180. I no longer wanted to deny it. I wanted to go and share it with as many people as I could. So that is what I am dedicating the rest of my life to. Whether that be to strangers or to my own family, it doesn't matter, as long as I am giving it my all. I know that Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the only true church on the earth. It has the Fullness of the Gospel of Christ. I am grateful for that and the change it has brought to my life. I am Grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ and His life and Sacrifice for me. Without Him I would be nothing.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving in the community. I have done lots of service projects with my scouts group and with my brothers. I was on a committee in high school to help LDS seminary and non-LDS seminary students feel welcome anywhere they may be. It was my personal goal to help one person each day at school. Whether that was a simple hello, a hug, a smile, a conversation, or whatever I felt they needed. As I did that I could see a difference in their lives as well as my own. I will be living my faith now by serving a 2 year mission in the Florida Tampa Mission.
