Hi I'm Megan Gray

I'm from Kaysville Utah, laughing is my favorite activity, I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am attending Utah State University and loving every second of it. Sports have always been a huge part of my life and I have learned so much from those experiences both on the field and on the court. Music and Art will always have a special place in my heart as a way to communicate in ways that words cannot. I am most myself when I am outside in this beautiful world that we get to call our home, which never ceases to amaze me. I love getting to know individuals and why they are who they are and seeing the great qualities that every single individual has to offer. And there is nothing more rewarding than being the person to put a smile on someones face. I have been called to serve in the Ukraine L'viv mission and I am so unbelievably grateful for this opportunity that the Lord has given me.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up in Utah being born in to a very strong LDS family I didn't really question the gospel until I got older and saw the way non-members reacted to the word "Mormon" or "LDS". It made me question wheater i truly did indeed have a testimony of Jesus Christ, and if Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and restored the gospel in these days.I started to pay attention to the way I felt, and started to recognize the Holy Ghost and the peace and comfort and burning in my heart when others would bare their testimonies or when I would read my scriptures and pray to my Father in Heaven. It wasn't until I made the decision to discover for myself if this church was true, that I found without a doubt that it is. I know that I have a Father in Heaven who loves me more than I will ever comprehend and he has made it possible for families to be together forever and has given us living prophets to teach and guide us in these latter days. he has blessed us with The Book of Mormon, the most true book on earth. Which was translated by the prophet Joseph Smith who restored the true gospel on the Earth today. And a loving Savior who would die for us that we may be perfect in his sight and return to live with our loving Heavenly Father. I know that this church is true and that this gospel is perfect, and that if we live striving to be the best that we can and following Christ's example then we can return and live with him again. Knowing this has made the biggest impact on my everyday life. Knowing that I am here for a reason and a purpose. Knowing that the Plan of Salvation makes it possible to live with those that I love forever. I am beyond grateful for this gospel and the impact it has on my seemingly small and insignificant life.

How I live my faith

I am the Ward Service Activity Coordinator. So with the help of the Bishop and his counselors will find opportunities in our community that will make a positive impact on individuals lives, and through this service become closer to our Savior Jesus Christ.
