Hi I'm Beth Beach

My best friend is my twin sister. I love to play the piano and write my own music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I absolutely love to play the piano, especially Classical and Musical songs. Writing little stories and plays is fun and exciting to me, especially when my sibling chime in and we act them out. I'd love to spend an entire day dedicated to reading one of Jane Austen's beautiful novels and find myself lost in it. Teaching Piano lessons has been SOOO much fun, and I wouldn't mind doing it for the rest of my life. Simplifying songs for them, teaching them new material, watching them all progress and understand things pertaining to the their lessons makes me smile so big, the kind of smile you get when you watch the ending of Pride and Prejudice when Elizabeth and Darcy are FINALLY together, or when you see Desmend and Penny together in the T.V. show 'Lost'. Reading poetry is so soothing and really makes me think about who I am. Elizabeth Barret Browning, Oriah's 'The Invitation', Max Ehrmann's 'Desiderata', Wendy Cope's 'The Orange', anything by Anne Bradstreet, anything and everything by Emily Dickinson. And Lastly I love being a twin.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that God hears my prayers, and he knows who I am; he cares about me and really does answer my prayer. Jesus Christ knows my weaknesses, troubles, little follies, and small worries and he knows how to help me, how to comfort me, and how to be there for me. I know that the Holy Ghost truly helps us to know of this truth, the truth of our Heavenly Father, and of his Son Jesus Christ. I know that Jesus Christ was born, lived and died for all of us, and that he is rooting for for us. He wants us to come unto Him, so that we can be saved and I'm so thankful for his love and compassion. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet, that he was called of God to restore the Gospel, to restore this true church, and I know that he translated the Book Of Mormon. I know that Thomas S. Monson is our prophet today and I know that Prophets past and present are ordained after the order of Jesus Christ so that we might know where to look for our Savior for redemption (Alma 13:2). I know that families can be together forever, and I know that God Loves us.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by reading the Book Of Mormon everyday and living those teaching within the book. I live my faith by having prayer with my family, and my own personal prayer. I live my faith by sharing it with those I love and those I am friends with, hoping that they can come unto Christ and be perfected in Him.
