Hi I'm Jalyce

I was born and raised in southeast Idaho. I'm a Missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

In high school, I played basketball for two years and then helped with wrestling stats the other two years. I was also involved with track, which I really loved. After high school, I went to a dental assisting program and then worked as an orthodontic assistant for two years. I enjoy a lot of outdoor activities such as horseback riding, four-wheeling, and snowmobiling; although I do not have the opportunity to do those things very often. I'm currently a missionary and am in training at the MTC. I will be serving in the Japan Fukuoka mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the truest church. I know that Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon and played a huge role in restoring the gospel on Earth. I know that our prophet Thomas S. Monson was called by God and was given the keys to help guide us. I know that my Savior Jesus Christ died for all of our sins so that we do not have to suffer. I believe that if we keep the commandments, repent of our sins, and endure to the end we can live with our Heavenly Father again. I know that we can be with our families throughout eternity. I'm so grateful to be a member of the LDS church. It brings me such great joy and peace.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an active member of the church. I have been called to serve as a full-time missionary in the Japan Fukuoka mission and will live faithfully while teaching those in Japan.
