Hi I'm Addison Aldous

I grew up mainly in Virginia. I am currently a student at Brigham Young University and I love basketball and music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love music, hanging out with my friends, and all things basketball. I am currently a student at university working hard to get accepted into the accounting program. I love to see movies in my free time and enjoy quoting them and other tv shows with my friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because without this gospel I would be nothing. I have read the Book of Mormon from cover to cover and become truly converted to the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Holy Ghost has witnessed to me over and over again through feelings of reassurance, a burning in my chest, and clarity of mind. I do not doubt even for a second that we have a loving Heavenly Father, or that Jesus Christ came to this earth in order to suffer and die for the sins of the world. I know that He loves us so much that even if I, or you, were the only people to live on the earth, he would still have suffered and died just for the one. Through Him we can return to live with our Heavenly Father. Through Him we can live with our families forever. Through Him we can find happiness and joy in this life and in the next. All things are possible through Christ, who strengthens me. The true message of the church is joy. If anyone is seeking truth and righteousness they will find it through the Book of Mormon more than any other place. I am a Mormon because without Christ and His gospel I would be lost. I know what my purpose is.

How I live my faith

I go to church every Sunday, do my home teaching every month, and I am currently a member of the temple committee in my ward. I like to participate in family home evening and other activities. I strive to read my scriptures daily, and to pray to our Heavenly Father day and night.
