Hi I'm Erik

I'm a physics major, an outdoors lover, a brother and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a physics major at Brigham Young University and I love it! I love to learn new things, the more complicated and mind blowing the better! I love to play hockey, especially pond hockey with my family during the winter. Actually I love just about anything outdoors! Snowboarding, wakeboarding, rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, camping, tree climbing, biking, paintball, you name it! I love spending time with my family and playing games with my siblings. I love studying the scriptures and learning of my Savior's plan for me!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it brings joy into my life! Never have I been happier than when I've been earnestly seeking after my Savior, trying to live a more Christ-like life! Over my life I've noticed that the times when I am not focusing on praying, studying the scriptures, and leading a Christ centered life I become overwhelmed, confused, and lose much of the lasting happiness that comes from the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Each time I read the scriptures, or take a moment to pray to God, I feel the Holy Spirit comfort me; I feel the love of my Heavenly Father and his care and concern for me; I feel assured that everything is will work out if I follow the Savior, even though I cannot see the end.

How I live my faith

I'm currently serving as a full time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints! This means that I'm constantly serving others and inviting all to come unto Christ! The love that I feel from my Heavenly Father and my Savior, Jesus Christ, inspire me to share their wonderful message! It's a message of hope and love! A message that will change your life in the best possible way!
