Hi I'm Anthony

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest. I am an Air Force Pilot. I'm a husband and father. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I come from a large family. Most of my extended family are active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I grew up enjoying sports, the outdoors, fishing, camping and creating. My faith has molded almost every aspect of my life. I served a French speaking mission in Europe and have enjoyed visiting french speaking countries around the world. I studied Biology in college and graduated with a bachelors of science. I joined the Air Force to pursue my boyhood dreams of flying airplanes and serving my country. After marrying my college sweetheart we have had three beautiful children that bring us much happiness.

Why I am a Mormon

I was taught to rely on answers from God when I reach crossroads. I was born into the Mormon church. During times of temptation, doubt or disbelief, personal prayer and the answers I received have anchored me to the Gospel of Jesus Christ as restored in the Mormon church. I have seen miracles in my life and I would be held accountable for denying them. Furthermore, my personal experiences living the teachings of Jesus Christ have brought great happiness and growth. The Book of Mormon and the Bible and modern day revelation through living prophets have blessed my life to such and extent that to turn away from it all is unimaginable to me.

How I live my faith

I am so grateful for the direction and purpose that my faith has given my life. The moments of my life I cherish most preciously are those that have been spent serving my brothers and sisters. I have felt Heavenly Father's love for me and my fellowman. The blessings of living the gospel of Jesus Christ are readily apparent in the lives of my large extended family. The loving and healthy relationships they have with all those they come in contact with has been inspirational to me. As a missionary, home-teacher and a military member I have been been introduced to darker and more desperate sides of the human experience. I am constantly reminded of the beauty of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and its effects on an individual's life. Our Heavenly Father's plan and the truths of the restored gospel can shine light into the darkest and most difficult aspects of human existence. Christ is powerful to save. I love him.
