Hi I'm Daniel

I'm from Kuna, Idaho. I'm a type 1 diabetic. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a type 1 diabetic and proud of it. I farm with my family and work in steel construction. I enjoy automotive mechanics, firearms, and athletics. I played football as an offensive lineman and middle linebacker throughout high school and I absolutely loved it!

Why I am a Mormon

The Church feels like home. No where else have I experienced the feelings of love and friendship and care that I do when I am at church and spending time growing closer to my Father in Heaven. Through study and prayer I have come to know that my Father in Heaven is there. That he cares for us and loves us deeply. That he wants to help us through our struggles. That we can call upon him all throughout our days. That he is close. Nothing gives me more comfort than that knowledge does. Our Father is watching over us and will do all that he can so that we may return to him. This knowledge encourages me to do all that I can to be what my Father wants me to be, and the way to that is through this Church.

How I live my faith

I serve in my ward by assigning and checking up on the hometeachers. I also assist in activity planning, visiting members of the ward, and getting the church building ready for Sunday. I love to read the scriptures and I share things I learn from them whenever I get the chance. I will be leaving for my mission April 22 and I am VERY EXCITED!! I do all that I can to be friendly and meet new people and I usually end up having a great time doing it.
