Hi I'm Trennon

I was raised in Oklahoma! Im a guitarist and musician, I'm an avid fan and player of classic rock from the 60s. Im a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Ft. Worth, Texas, and eventually moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I consider myself a Texan first. I've always had a love for music. When I was young I took a few lessons on the piano, but soon realized It was definitely not for me. I always tapping from the day I was able to crawl around. When I was in elementary school I started playing drums and playing in a garage band down the street. By the time I was in 8th grade I had gotten pretty good. I eventually picked up an acoustic guitar and began self teaching myself after a few lessons. After 6 years of playing, Guitar has become my life. During my Sophomore year in high school I was introduced to a band called The Doors. Now The Doors, blew my mind I had never heard such great music before. Now of course the Doors can get a little raunchy, but they truly were a "Door" to my discovery of great music. I am now a collector of 60s and 70s rock vinyls. I love to emulate the sounds of the bands from back then with my own playing! Thats me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because I have seen the gospel change my life, at times when I had no strength or courage. The church is truly one big family. I didn't always have a very good father figure in my life, however, brethren in the church have treated me like one of their own. They truly have shown the love of Christ. Furthermore, the knowledge that families can be together forever has brought me great joy. We can truly become like Christ, if we will just let him help us.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing service and getting involved with my congregations missionary work. I have a calling in my congregation as a missionary. So I have had the opportunity see the gospel change peoples hearts and minds.
