Hi I'm Julia Paulson

I'm a 19 year old student at BYU Provo, lover of running, tennis, cereal, friends and my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Burbank California and moved to Denver Colorado when I was 8 years old. I am the oldest of three kids. I love my family and they are my best friends. I am a student at Brigham Young University Provo but am taking an 18 month break for my mission. I am going to be serving in the Montevideo Uruguay Mission. I love to play tennis, hike, and run. I love anything outdoors. My favorite things include cereal, chocolate chip cookies, movies, family and friends, and all kinds of music.I love life and am so grateful for the blessings I have in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I am so happy with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in my life. I owe everything to the Gospel. It has taught me so much about life and how to be a good person. I have also seen so many miracles in my life because I have the Gospel. I am Mormon because I am able to feel close to my Heavenly Father and Savior. I know the Lord answers my prayers and give me comfort in my times of need. My Savior Jesus Christ suffered for me and everyone of us. He knows every pain and weakness we experience. I know that I am never alone because He knows exactly how I feel. I am so grateful for this church. I know that I would not be the person I am today without the Gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving others. I have had the opportunity to serve in leadership roles where I have served the women my age. I meet in councils to see how to meet the needs of each person in our group. I have found that as I serve others, I feel closer to my Savior and those around me. In addition, I am getting ready to serve a mission for the church in Uruguay. I am devoting 18 months of my life to the gospel. I couldn't be more excited.
