Hi I'm Monique-Sue

Grew up in South Africa, a country girl with a big heart. Currently serving in the England London South Mission, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a loving, bubbly and caring person, i love spending time with people and really getting to know them. Outdoors and nature is everything to me, i feel free when i can enjoy the beauty of the South African bush and sunset. I'm a student, studying teaching, always trying to serve and love those around me. I love shopping, especially for clothes, that's my girly side. Family means everything to me and i just love spending time with them. We are like the South African 'Brady bunch'. I believe that laughter is the best medicine and we should always enjoy the little things in life. I appreciate the beauty and much variety of the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon (Latter-day Saint), because I truly believe that we were send to earth to fulfil our purpose like our Savoir did and love one another regardless of the differences. I love that I know with my whole heart the families can be together forever and through faith in Jesus Christ we can all return to live with Him again. Living each day the best that I can has brought me much joy. I am a Mormon not to please my parents, but because I know that the true Gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored to the earth again in it's fullness. Knowing this and believing this has brought me and will still bring me so much happiness and strength to enjoy the journey on earth and work towards having eternal life.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as full time missionary in the England London South Mission. Serving those around us is key to living what we teach, becoming humble like little children, patient and showing love. The best way to live my faith is by actions (Teach the gospel to those around you and when needed use words) I live my faith by fulfilling my calling as a visiting teacher, caring and showing real interest in those I see. Mormon helping hand is a top priority and I enjoy the projects i can help with, with friends and other ward members. I live my faith by dressing modestly by mixing and matching clothing to find the perfect fashion style. At work we collect supplies for the needy and share the joy of giving. I really believe in trying to be more Christlike and to share the never-ending happiness with those I come into contact with. I teach in Relief Society and I just love how we all grow together when we work together.
