Hi I'm David

I grew up in MN, and am a doctoral student in University. I am un married and have nee a college student for many years.

About Me

I have a bachelors degree in philosophy and studied at a Catholic College. I earned a masters degree at another Catholic College in Project Management. I am currently working on doctorate in Organizational Leadership. I have lived in Minnesota most of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe that since becoming a Mormon I have learned the a family is the key to establishing yourself in this life and the next. I had put forming a family on the back burner to pursue my education, but now it is at the forefront of my mind. I have always believed strongly in angels as people who are living who bring news or information from heavenly father the Mormons have reaffirmed this belief. Knowing God is a man like you or I and before coming to earth we stood up an accepted the challenge to live with free will or agency means that I know why I am here. Knowing we chose to come here and not have memories of primordial life to be tested means a lot. Knowing we will eternally progress and someday be like God with an eternal family of our own makes it all that much more important to have a family that is strong and true. Knowing the book of Mormon is true and the Gospel is true gives me a framework for life. All together the church has given me new life.

How I live my faith

I go to church regularly and attend the meeting prescribed by the church. I am a participant in genealogical research activities. I also meet with the missionaries for lessons on the church. I plan to visit the temple soon to help my relatives who have passed on reach heaven as well.
