Hi I'm Ryan

I grew up in Cardston, I served in the Canadian Armed Forces for over 6 years and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I was in the Canadian Army for 6 and a half years and went to school to become a Paramedic. I am now currently working full-time as a Firefighter/Paramedic and I love my job. I have random talents such as playing the Violin and the French Horn. I love spending time doing physical activities such as learning how to swim. I am a fairly shy person but once I get to know someone I am a hyper and happy person.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised as a Mormon but I was not an active member until I was 17 years old. I was challenged by someone who showed great love for me to read the Book of Mormon for the first time and I prayed to know if the book was true. I will never forget the feeling I got once I prayed to know if it was true, I can't even explain all the happiness that I felt but it changed my life! Shortly after I turned 18 and joined the Canadian Army and that is where I realized how truly blessed I was to be here at this time and to share the gospel with others.

How I live my faith

I am currently in the Elders Quorum Presidency and even though I do shift work I attend every Sunday that I can. I keep the commandments wherever I go and always strive to do what is right.
