Hi I'm Lexi

I grew up in a small town in Southern Utah in the valley of Bryce Canyon National Park. I Love ART! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love my family & friends, and when I'm not with them I'm usually working. I work at a tourist resort and get to meet people from all over the world. I enjoy talking with and meeting new people. In my spare time I like to study, write, watch good movies, go hiking, and draw.

Why I am a Mormon

I was blessed to be born into a family that were Mormons. I grew up learning and participating in the church, and as a teenager found and developed my own testimony. I believe and love The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and know that if we follow it's teachings we can be happy. I've learned from my own experiences that this gospel does provide pure and true happiness. I know this is Christ's church, restored to the earth in its fullness through the Prophet Joseph Smith. I have read the Book of Mormon and heeded Moroni's promise found in Moroni 10:3-4, which asks you to read the book & then pray with a sincere heart if these things are true. I prayed to get my own answer of its truthfulness, and through patience and the Lord's timing, I received my answer. I know the Book of Mormon is the word of God and another witness of Jesus Christ. I love being a Mormon!

How I live my faith

I love the gospel of Jesus Christ. It has made me into the person I am today. I love studying the scriptures and learning more about the gospel. I enjoy my church meetings and learning more each time I go. I love to participate in any way I am asked. I think it is so important to be kind and understanding of others. We never know what battle someone else is fighting. I try to follow the example of Jesus Christ. My motto is: What would Jesus Do?

How do I become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon Church)?

Contact the full-time missionaries and start learning the basic principles of the gospel. Reading the Book of Mormon and knowing it is the word of God. Then when you are ready you can participate in the ordinance of baptism by immersion, following Jesus Christ's example. Then one having authority can lay their hands upon your head and confirm you a member of the Church and pronounces a blessing on you to receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Show more Show less
