Hi I'm Ashleigh

Grew up in England, moved to Utah. I'm an aspiring writer and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a college student studying to be a Physics Teacher. My true passion is writing and I hope to become a published author sooner rather than later. I love all of the arts and have a particular skill for sharpie drawings. I love everything to do with the outdoors except sports. Someday I hope to say that I helped change the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in this church and never thought about leaving it. It is a way of life that I know I can't do without because the idea of doing it all again without the gospel terrifies me. I would not be who or where I am without Jesus Christ and his gospel and I don't ever want to stray. I have learned about and experienced many different cultures and religions and I love every single one of them passionately, but this is my favorite and I am so glad my parents brought me up the way they did. My faith is my own and my testimony too: I know this church is the church of Jesus Christ, I know he lives and loves every single one of his brothers and sisters on this earth. I know that Joseph Smith was an inspired young man who translated the Book of Mormon and that we have a living prophet today who continues to guide Christ's flock. I'm happy to be one of His sheep and hope I can help to bring others into the fold.

How I live my faith

I simply attend church every week and execute my calling with enthusiasm. I live my life trying to be the best person I can by praying and reading the scriptures daily, trying to be a beacon of light and charity, and improving and sharing the talents that God has given me.
