Hi I'm David Schraedel

I'm from Utah, I love people, music, and video, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am Currently Serving a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in New Mexico. I love the simple things in life. I enjoy photography, singing, cinematography, playing piano, and composing music. Though I am a bit shy, I love interacting and being with other people.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons) has been a great blessing in my life. I have learned growing up that the teachings of this church make me most happy, and that the truths taught here are applicable in my everyday life. It gives me hope and joy. It clarifies the hard and complicated things of life. I know Heavenly Father (God) wants all of his children here on earth to be happy, and he has given them resources, like scriptures and prophets, that can help give guidance, direction, and peace during this life. There are many ways that God has blessed us here on earth, and these blessings are recognized most fully through the teachings and atonement of Jesus Christ. These are a few of the things that Mormons teach, preach, and believe. I feel joy when I live according to Christ's teachings.

How I live my faith

Some ways that I live my faith are through church meeting participation, service in church callings, and studying scriptures and teachings from LDS church leaders. I am careful about how I spend my time, how I entertain myself and the things I associate myself with. These things help me feel peace in life. My faith is not something I only do on Sundays, but a lifestyle that helps me find true joy.
