Hi I'm Brittaney

I am a wife, a coach, a student, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am a gymnastics coach, a nanny, a student, and a wife. I feel like I am always busy with something. I love my job as a coach! I get to help young girls achieve their dreams and help them learn important traits and values. I do not have kids yet so nannying is the next best thing! I nanny three wonderful boys. They are full of energy and so silly! I am enrolled in BYU Pathway after doing a semester of college at the University of Nebraska, Pathway is better for me! My husband and I are loving married life. There are many ups and downs but with the gospel we are able to remain happy, united, and strong.

Why I am a Mormon

My family is LDS but are not very active. I left WY to attend the University of NE. Throughout my life I had never really been converted. I had been baptized and went to church occasionally. When I went off to college I had never felt so alone before. I was doing things that I thought made me "fit in" that hopefully I would make some friends. I had been doing this for several months and nothing came from it. I was hopeless. I thought I had tried everything, until I remembered I had not. I got down on my knees and prayed to my Heavenly Father for forgiveness for the things I had done. I also prayed to know what I needed to do to be truly happy. Within seconds, I felt like someone was embracing me, that I was not alone, that someone loved me for who I truly was. I knew at that moment I needed to attend church, pray, and read the scriptures. I attended church that following Sunday, and met the most amazing missionaries. I spent about 7 months working closely with them and trying to become more like them. By doing so my testimony of the love Heavenly Father has for me is infinite. I am not alone. I am a child of God. My potential is limitless. I can be forgiven for everything. I gained the greatest friendships from my ward and was able to share my testimony and experiences with others. I have never felt so close to my Father in heaven, my family, and my friends. I could feel true happiness growing into my life. I now have a wonderful husband who I adore. He is such a tender mercy in my life. I know that God lives. I know that families can be eternal. I know that no matter what you do you can be forgiven. No matter how alone you feel, God is a prayer away. He wants to talk to you, He is your Father! I know that no matter how many times someone tells you that you can't, that you're not important, that you're nothing, they are wrong. You are a child of God therefore your potential is limitless.

How I live my faith

I love going out and teaching with the missionaries. Teaching others is my favorite thing to do. There is so much people do not know, that they should have the opportunity to hear. Seeing peoples countenances change when they start applying principles to their lives is astounding.
