Hi I'm Jaren Brownlee

I grew up in Indiana, but when I was 16, my parents moved us across the country to Idaho. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to do a lot of different things. Some of those things include bike rides, eating pizza, seeing movies, listening to music, and playing frisbee. I also love to talk to other people and get to know them- I much prefer personal interaction over technological communication. I have a year of college credit from BYU-Idaho under my belt.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that the Church is true. I was raised in the church, but many of the trials and experiences I have had over the past 4 years have really helped my testimony grow. My experiences have taught me over time the importance of relying on the Lord. I know that the Book of Mormon is a testament of Jesus Christ, and used alongside the Bible, it can be an extremely powerful witness of Him. I hope that I can continue to follow His gospel and share it with others throughout my life.

How I live my faith

I love being involved in the Church. I am currently serving as a leader among my young men's group (ages 16-18) and as a youth Family History consultant. In October, I will leave my life behind for 2 years to go serve an LDS mission. I love what I am doing to train for my mission- reading the scriptures each day has really helped me grow my testimony of Jesus Christ.
