Hi I'm Reeves Westover

I grew up in Georgia. I am at college studying Information Systems. I helped run a Dry Cleaners for most my life. I am a Mormon!

About Me

I was born in Florida and raised in the south. My mother went through breast cancer several years ago, and is now a survivor. My family helped me obtain my eagle scout award when I was 14, and helped me apply for college. There is nothing more important to me than my family. They mean everything to me!

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a Mormon because I know that what I have been taught is true. I know that I have a loving Father in heaven who would do anything for me. I know the Book of Mormon is full of his words. I know that as I live righteously, I will be able to return to live with him again. My family is everything to me. One of the great blessings of being a member of this church is that I know that I can live with them again. I know these many things because I have knelt down and asked God if these things are true, and he gave me the answer. I am a Mormon because I know these things are true, and I love the blessings that have been promised to me!

How I live my faith

I was born into the church. I have been taught since I was young that it is one thing to believe in the church, but having faith is another thing. Faith to me is an action word. If I truly believe in something, then I want to emulate it. I believe in Christ! Thus I want to try to be like him. This is accomplished in multiple ways. First, I try to be honest in all my dealings. I want to be able to look back on my life and have no regret. Second, I love service. Service is an act of love. It does not matter if I know you or not, I want to help. This is what Christ life was all about.
