Hi I'm Jenna Sandau

I'm a missionary, I love to sing, I love animals, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm 18 years old. I am a college student at BYU Idaho. I am taking Generals before I serve a LDS mission to Mendoza, Argentina. I love to sing; anything from contemporary, jazz, pop, the hymns, anything that has awesome harmonies and good themes I sing. I play the piano and the flute. I love animals especially cats but just about any animal will do. I love to go butterfly hunting and mount insects for display. I love the outdoors, going hiking, wandering, exploring I love it. I am the third out of four kids. I have an older sister and brother and a younger brother. I love my family. I grew up in Idaho and Utah where most of my family is now. My older brother is serving a mission in Spokane, Washington, my sister is married and moved away and my little brother is in high school. (scary)

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a Mormon because I know it's what my Father in Heaven wants me to do. I do my best to follow His commandments and walk in His footsteps because I love Him and I hope that I can become like Him. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has Christ's whole and complete gospel and has His priesthood authority. I know the Book of Mormon testifies of Christ's divine ministry and His atoning sacrifice. The Book of Mormon completes the Bible and adds another witness of Jesus Christ and his gospel. I know that through the enabling power of the Atonement I can become clean and stand before God without shame or regret. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love me and love you with an infinite love. No matter what you've done, no matter how worthless you feel, no matter how far you stray He will love you and want you back with Him. I know He can soften the hardest heart, break the chains of addiction, heal a wounded soul, and change your very nature. Just come unto Christ and be perfected in Him.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being the best person I can be and following Christ's example. I served in my ward as a Family History Consultant which means I helped people find their ancestors. I love helping people find out where they came from so they can better know themselves and their family legacy. I do my best to learn about Christ's life and his gospel and I strive to follow in his footsteps so that I can live up to my legacy; being a child of God.
