Hi I'm Mark

Born and raised in Philippines. Live in Quezon city (Antipolo) and I'm a mormon

About Me

Served a full time mission in Philippines Cauayan Mission, and still a missionary to the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints. working as a ward missionary/ward mission leader's assistant and ward's executive secretary. I love to cook and bake. love to cook for people and bake pastries and cookies.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because i received a personal witness that this church The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints is the true church of Jesus Christ here on earth. that through reading The Book of Mormon we will receive personal revelations and witness that all of this things are true. I know the Book of Mormon is a word of God. that through the Prophet Joseph Smith this book is translated, from ancient egyptian to english language, now we have different translation so that other countries and people will have the opportunity to read the words of God. I know this things are true, this church is true, it was lost, but now it is restored!

How I live my faith

by magnifying my church callings and being a good example to other people. living the church standard as much as i can. striving to be worthy and clean. also i love temple works and being at church every sunday, i just love being at church and temple. the church teachings made me different, each teachings gives me understanding how our life here on earth is important and we are not here just to have fun, eat, and work. we are here for a purpose. to prepare to meet God.

What is being a Mormon like?

One of the greatest reasons for being here on earth is to "have joy" (2 Nephi 2:25). Personal prayer, scripture study, and attending church helps us better understand that the best way to find joy and happiness in this life is to know about Our Heavenly Father's Plan of Happiness, the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to strive to keep God's "law" (Proverbs 29:18). Families are an essential part of God's Plan and much of how we live focuses on our families. We want to share the happiness we enjoy with everyone we can through service, missionary work, and contributing to society. Show more Show less
