Hi I'm Zach

I grew up in Sandy, Utah. I have played the violin for 13 years, I love to wrestle, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I LOVE to play my violin. I have played it ever since I was 8, way back in Elementary School. Playing my violin becomes like praying to me, because I really put my heart and soul into the hymns and songs when I play them. I also loved to wrestle when I was in High School. It was a way for me to be active and competitive, but in a constructive way. Wrestling really taught me to discipline myself and be able to push past my boundaries. I am currently serving a mission in Virginia Chesapeake and I am loving every second of it.

Why I am a Mormon

I am currently serving my mission in Virginia Chesapeake, serving in the Spanish language. I grew up in the church and was baptized when I was 8, but fell away when I turned about 15. I had a hard life after that, and eventually found myself in a not so great place in my life. I was really down all the time and couldn't smile or anything. I wasn't going to serve a mission, or be affiliated with the church in any way. But one day, when I was 18, the Lord put His hand in my life and saved me. He told me that I needed to serve my mission, and that there was a work prepared for me to do. I am now 20 years old and serving the Lord. I am a disciple of Jesus Christ. I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

Right now, I am a full time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I serve the Lord in every second of my day, and I will do so for the next 2 years. I do this because I was extremely sad before, and this gospel and Jesus Christ have brought so much happiness into my life, and I just want to share this happiness with everyone I meet!
