Hi I'm Michael W. Harper

Hi I'm Michael, am retired and enjoy life, I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a husband, father, grandfather. I love the outdoors. I am a photographer and love to take pictures while I go camping and four wheeling. I also love to hunt and have enjoyed this sport since I was 14 years old. The greatest memories I have are hunting with my father. I built my own house along side of my father and have lived in it for 35 years. It was one of my greatest accomplishments along side of spending time with my father.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church and decided to be baptized into the church at the age of 8. My testimony has grown through the years through challenges of life. I have received strength through challenging and hard experiences, which the principles of the church have helped me understand. I have had diabetes for 45 years and this has taught me structure of life and the church has also taught me a structure that has blessed my life. Through following that structure I have had good health. The church has helped me to understand the family unit and that we can be together forever and regain our Father in Heavens presence.

How I live my faith

I fulfilled a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in my youth and have been an active member. I have had numerous leadership positions that have built my character. I have worked with the youth of my church along side of doing several leadership positions where I had to lead young fathers along with organizing our church functions.
