Hi I'm Eliud

I was born in California, I grew in Nayarit, México and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I have been member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints since I'm a kid, my parents are members of the church so I born in a "mormon" family, but this doesn't means that I never had problems or difficulties, nobody is excepted of tribulation and difficulties, I can't say that nobody has suffer as much as I, but I think that everyone haves a story to tell.

Why I am a Mormon

I have acquired a testimony of the church during my life, and I love the teachings of the church, and I know that those teachings are a guide for me and my family

How I live my faith

Everyday I need to practice my faith. Not all my family is member of the church so they dont have the same ideas about Christ's teachings and it hasn't passed too much time since the church started here, so we still need to learn more about the gospel. I know it's difficult, but each of us can make a change and do the difference, so that's how I have been in the church even with the problems I had, have and will come yet

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Eliud
Of course it is! God will Never give us something we deeply love just to take it away from us for eternity, His purpose is to let us enjoy of eternal happiness, and I can't imagine myself being happy in heavenwithout my family. When a family is sealed by the authority of the priesthood in the holy temple, that gives the family the assurance that, if they stay loyal to their covenants, they will see each other at the other side of the veil, and not only that, but that they will still be a family: mother and father, sister and brother, grandson and grandparent :) Show more Show less
