Hi I'm Patrick

I live in Utah. I'm in the Army National Guard. I love to perform. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to be with other people and have a good time, I like to spend that time with others by being in the great outdoors or simply just sitting around the table and playing a good game. I am in the Utah Army National Guard and serve as a Chaplains Assistant, I joined when I was 17 and went to Basic Training and AIT the summer after I graduated. I love to perform for others through song and dance, even though I am not incredible at it, I love brining happiness into other peoples lives! I also love athletics and one of my simple joys is running, I like to participate in road races and competing against hundreds of others!

Why I am a Mormon

I choose this church because it contains the truth and fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The same things that he taught while he was on the earth are still taught in this day! Not that I just believe it because it is in my family, I am a stubborn person, and I need to find out for myself to believe. So I did just that. By seeking with a true and willing heart, I honestly asked the Lord for myself if the things taught in this church are true! The answer I got, well I think you could figure that out. ;) But don't take my word for it! The only way to really know is if you ask yourself!

How I live my faith

I Love attending church every week where I can feel the spirit by partaking of the sacrament. But that isn't the only place that I can feel of his love! I also get to help out the young men in my ward by doing activities with them every Tuesday! Added onto that there is also the occasional scout camps where I am able to help teach them how to work together and serve others. My faith grows all the time as I learn more and more through experiences and by searching out the lords wisdom by reading his scriptures. I rely so much on my best friend Jesus Christ and I am so grateful to have his constant companionship and being able to talk to him at any time by offering up just a little prayer. Being a Mormon isn't just going to church once a week, I think about and act on it every day. It changes lives and I wouldn't be the person I am without it. It truly makes me a better person knowing that I am a child of God!
