Hi I'm Katerina Strange

I am adopted from Novosibirsk, Siberia, into a loving Mormon family who loves the Gospel. I love music, art and fashion.

About Me

I come from a large family who loves me and have taught me to be honest, and genuine. I have learned to be a home maker, a daughter, and a sister. I want to be a fashion designer and design modest prom and wedding dresses. I am now a full time missionary In the Las Vegas West mission and I love the people I serve.

Why I am a Mormon

I was adopted from another country into the faith and have grown up learning about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. As I have learned I honestly have never really applied it, only went through the emotions. But as I have grown to learn and love the gospel, I realized what I have been missing out on and have been so blessed by what I could have had earlier. I am a Mormon, not because I was adopted into it, because I absolutely LOVE it. I love the blessings, I love the knowledge of the gospel and the comfort and peace I get from it, knowing I can live with my Heavenly Father again!

How I live my faith

I show my love for my Heavenly Father and for the gospel by sharing what I believe as a full time missionary. I love my faith by showing who I am and not hiding what I believe.

What is the Atonement of Jesus Christ? Why was it necessary for Jesus Christ to sacrifice His life?

Katerina Strange
Jesus Christ died so that I could live with my Heavenly Father again. I love my Father in Heaven because one, he is my Father, and two, he has done so much for me. And it is because of Jesus Christ that I will have the opportunity to see my Father in Heaven again. Jesus Christ atoned for OUR sins; he suffered on the cross for us so we could have the opportunity to repent and have our sins be forgiven. It was part of God's (our Heavenly Father's) plan for us, so that we could live with him again, and have eternal life. Show more Show less
