Hi I'm Zuriel Sandoval

I grew up in New York. I was born a member of the church. I love to draw and spend time with my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I really hope to become an animator and make my own cartoons in the future. Ever since I was six years old, I created a whole bunch of drawings of my own characters. I later made a bunch of my own comics. I also love to play video games. I was born with a giant collection of various video games to play with. To this day I enjoy playing classic video games. I can never get into the newer generation of video games. I also like singing on certain occasions. My friends and family members are always asking me to sing whenever they play a song. They say that I sing just like the artist of the song. I have fun doing karaoke and singing with my friends and family. I enjoy going out with friends and I also like getting to know people. I really love to spend time with my family. I was born with wonderful, loving parents. I have one brother and one sister and I love them both with all of my heart.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My parents also grew up in the church and so did their parents. They've taught me about the gospel ever since I was a child. The gospel has taught me that our Heavenly Father and His son, Jesus Christ, loves us all very much and that the Holy Ghost is our companion and helps us always make the right choices. My parents have also taught me about the Book of Mormon and how it has brought them so much happiness and how it has strengthened their spirit and their testimony of the church. They say that every time they read it, they always feel happiness and peace. Those are the feelings that come from the Holy Ghost every time you reads the Book of Mormon. I was able to experience that myself when reading it. Never have I felt so much peace and happiness when reading it. These are the type of feelings I can only get when reading the Book of Mormon. I felt my spirit and my testimony strengthened and I know that the gospel is true. The gospel has also taught me something very special: that families are forever. I love my family so much and it brings me great joy to know that my family and I will always be together and we will one day live in eternal happiness with our Heavenly Father and with His son, Jesus Christ. I know that this gospel is true and I know that the Book of Mormon is truly the word of God.

How I live my faith

I like to start off my days with a personal prayer. I always feel happy and at peace when I pray because I know that our Heavenly Father always listens to our prayers. I know this because I feel happy every day and my family also feels happy. I also like to end my days with a personal prayer. I like to thank God for taking care of us every day and for blessing us with a brand new day to enjoy life. My family and I also enjoy doing family prayers. It always invites the spirit to our home. Every day I do my best to follow the commandments of God and be the best that I can be. I go to church every Sunday with my family and keep the Sabbath day holy. I also read the scriptures to strengthen my spirit and my testimony of the church. Every time I choose the right, I always feel so much happiness and so much closer to our Heavenly Father. I am excited to serve a mission and earn the experiences that I can only get by doing so. I know that these two years that I am serving my mission will be the only years I will feel extremely close to my Heavenly Father. I want to serve my mission because I want my family to receive blessings, I want to thank my Heavenly Father for continuing to bless me and my family, I would like to live a life full of blessings, and because I know that this church is true. My family and I do our best to be a strong and happy family. Our home is now a holy place for us.
