Hi I'm Renae

I'm a dog lovin girl. I'm a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a lot of things I like to do. Some of them I like better depending on the day. I love to draw, I even like to send drawings sometimes to missionaries I write. Speaking of writing, I also enjoy writing stories and coming up with characters and worlds where I can be myself and let all my emotions come out onto the pages. Oh, and I also love movies. If you were to ever meet me it would be evident... I hope, that I have a love for fashion. I work somewhere where I get to use that love and give advice to others which makes me really happy. I'm a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member my whole life. Many ask, "If you have been brought up in this religion your whole life and your parents raised you up with it. Shouldn't you explore the world and discover for yourself and not follow blindly the religion your parents raised you with?" I can see why many would ask this. Its true when I was young I relied heavily on my parents knowledge and belief in the church. However, as I grew up I had small experiences that continually strengthened my belief. Belief doesn't usually come in one go. It takes time and lots of work. I have come to love this religion through my own work and time. Now it is an inseparable part of my life. God loves everyone no matter who they are, how they live, and what they have done. That is what I have learned through this gospel. Isn't it wonderful? That after all the bad things I have done as a mortal human, the Almighty God still loves me. Just as he loves everyone. Just as the Church loves all of his children. May God bless you all.

How I live my faith

While at collage a few months ago I had the opportunity to serve in a group of woman as a councilor for the church. I aided the people of that group as well as the president of the group. It was a wonderful experience being able to serve those ladies for a few months and get to know them. The president was a returned missionary and her stories and the faith she had strengthened us all. To this very day I have new found respect for those in authority in the church. I loved helping plan activities, and helping those people who needed advice and love.
