Hi I'm Wendy Howard

I'm married to my best friend. I like to sing. I have a wonderful family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the 7th of 9 children and we always have a great time together! I served a mission in Little Rock, Arkansas. I am currently at BYU-Idaho studying Spanish Education. I enjoy singing, acting, coloring, and painting. I like to listen to music and sing along. I married my best friend, in the Salt Lake City Temple, for time and eternity. We are so joyful about being together forever. We are expecting our first child and are excited to expand our family. My family enjoys playing games, quoting movies, spending time together, and watching sports.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know this is Christ's gospel and His church. I have learned that this is the truth. I know that as I keep the commandments, I will be more susceptible to making good choices. Life hasn't always been easy, but as I pray and read the scriptures, I am comforted and know that without God, I cannot do anything. I need Him daily in my life. I know the Book of Mormon is true and I know Joseph Smith translated it. He was also a true prophet. I know that Temples are the House of God. I feel the spirit, love, joy, and peace each time I go there. It is the place where we can be sealed to our families and be together forever, even after we die. I know Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet today and that he is an inspired man. I know that if you faithfully study the Book of Mormon with sincerity and real intent and then ask God if it's true, that you will receive an answer and you will feel that it is true. Faith, repentance, baptism, receiving the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end are essential for exaltation and to live with our Father in Heaven again. I want to live with Him again, so I do my best to do what He asks of me.

How I live my faith

I pray and study the scriptures daily, attend church and the temple weekly, keep the commandments that God has given us, repent and seek help from my Savior, Jesus Christ, and do my best to serve and help others. God is my Heavenly Father and He has blessed me beyond what I thought was possible. He knows me perfectly and still loves me, with all my imperfections. He helps me see others as He sees them, so that I may understand them and love them too. I want to be like my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
