Hi I'm Michael

I grew up in Spanish Fork, Utah. I love car audio, computers, and I play the bass. I'm a Mormon

About Me

In elementary school I was always very interested in the computers we used for class. I wanted to learn how they worked so that I could fix them and create something awesome. I still love it today, and I took many computer classes in high school. My favorite thing to do on any computer is mess around, especially if it runs a Linux distribution of some sort. When I got my drivers licence, I was a Junior in high school. I was lucky enough to have a car to myself to drive. The radio in it didn't work very well at all, but that didn't bother me. I had a friend who also had a car and he had an awesome radio with a 12" sub in the back. I was amazed at it and always liked to show him the music I liked. Then for Christmas in 2013 my parents got me a new radio and that friend helped me install it. Eventually I saved up enough money to replace the speakers and add two 12" woofers. Just thinking about this all makes me happy I started playing Bass when I was in Jr. High. I quit piano the previous year because it never really interested me, and I didn't take the time to learn it. I decided then to try playing Bass with the school orchestra and I loved it. I played throughout High School, and had a lot of fun doing so.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. But I stay a member because of the happiness, joy, and friendships I have made. It can be hard sometimes to live by the teachings, but I have always been blessed by doing so. I know the Book of Mormon is true. I enjoy reading it a lot. I also have a great love for the Bible. Being a member of the church means a lot to me, and I enjoy being a member.

How I live my faith

I attend church every week. It got hard recently when I worked overnights because I was so tired all the time, but then my schedule changed so that I wouldn't have to work Saturday nights anymore. I was born into the church, so I never really got into the gospel much. I regret that. But now I'm serving a mission in Texas, Houston (South) and my testimony has greatly grown.
