Hi I'm Brett Easley

Born and raised in the Kansas City Area. I have adopted 8 children locally from the child welfare system. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am first and foremost a father. I love my family and all of my time not at work is spent with my wife and 8 children. I enjoy spending time working/playing around the house and providing service to others.

Why I am a Mormon

I was not a member of the church growing up. I was very active in a Methodist Church. I loved it. As I became older, I had a lot of questions about life. Where did we come from? Where are we going? The Methodist Church provided a good foundation but the LDS Church was able to expand on that foundation and provide a clear understanding to those questions that were most important to me and my family. We continue to grow in the gospel to this day using the guidance of the living prophet and the positive influence the church provides to my family. The world can be a tough place for a family but the church provides a rock to help anchor or family in what is right.

How I live my faith

Church is truly and extension of my family. I am in the leadership of our men's group and spend time helping to coordinate activities, plan lessons, teach, and assisting families. I often help teach Sunday School for my children and help with the various youth activities including Scouts.
