Hi I'm Bobette

I am homemaker, mother of seven children, a grandmother, and a part-time student. But best of all, I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of seven terrific children and 9 grandchildren. I love to sew, garden, work on genealogy. I homeschool my youngest children while being a part-time online student.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have a testimony of the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know God hears and answers sincere prayer. I have learned to be patient and wait to see how He will answer, but I know He will always answer my prayers. Family is the central part of our being here on the earth. We are here to help strengthen each other and bring our family back to God. I love my family I want to be with them forever.

How I live my faith

I live my faith every day of the week. It is just part of who I am. Every Sunday, I play the organ for church services and teach music of the Savior to the children. Every Monday night, we have family time where we teach our family about the Savior and Heavenly Father, how we can be more like them, and what is the best way to serve others. We pray, play games, sing songs, and have treats. We enjoy spending time with our family laughing and talking as we become closer to each other and Jesus Christ. One day a week, I help run one of the local cub scout programs as a Cub Master. I love learning more about who I am, so as I piece together the puzzle pieces of my family history, I collect documents, stories, and photos of my ancestors.
