Hi I'm Mikai

I was born in Alaska and I am now studying quantum physics.

About Me

One of the most valuable experiences I gained, began when I started researching the horticultural field of science. Every seed that I planted and every flower that I grew, increased my joy and understanding within the world. I was blessed with the opportunity to perform research in the micropropagation of plant tissue and the cellular cultures of mycelium . After the time I spent in the greenhouse, I ventured into the realm of physics and developed a fascination for light. Lasers, stars, and energy became the focus of my life; until I came across a substance I could not explain. This form of light became known to me as; the Spirit of the Lord. This is my experience. And... I'm a Mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love my life. I am eternally grateful for this magnificent gift that my Heavenly Father has bestowed upon me. I am unable to express how amazing this gospel truly is, but I want to express how the Atonement of Jesus Christ has changed and shaped my life. The things that I have seen and the places that I have been are practically unfathomable. The feeling I receive from partaking of the sacrament weekly and renewing my baptismal covenants is beyond anything that I had experienced before joining the church. The essence of the truth and the fullness of this gospel; was restored and reestablished in its fullness. The priesthood ordinances and the presence of the temple provides an unspoken truth that transcends human experience. The divine nature of a human life goes beyond the depths of time. To be born and to die; resurrected and perfected; is the sacred gift given to all men and women to experience and enjoy for life eternal. I love this gospel, I love this church, and I bear witness of my personal savior in His name Jesus Christ, -Amen-

How I live my faith

My faith is best expressed when in the service to others. I love my family and my friends. I really enjoy talking with and helping other people out. It has been a blessing in my life to be able to share my experiences with the people that I come in contact with. Given the chance, I would love to sit down and talk with someone about their own life experience. To me, there is no better way to reach out a hand than to listen to someone else's story. My favorite thing to participate in is the bearing of my testimony, on fast Sunday, every month. This personal witness of Christ can be one of the most powerful expression of truth and love. Men and women of all ages are given the chance to reach out and touch the hearts of others through the testimony that they bear. There is no greater calling than to bear your personal testimony of the Lord, Jesus Christ.
