Hi I'm Theodor

I was born in Russia, and was adopted at 6 years of age. I like to laugh and meet new people. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a loving and a hard working person. I love to laugh and have fun with good friends that are a great example for me. I have lots of hobbies. I participated in wrestling, track, and cross country. I love to help my family and try to be a role model for my brothers and sisters. I like to do good in school, and also participated in band and men's choir. When I was in Russia in an orphanage, I had all kinds of health problems. Much of the time, I spent my life in the hospital. When I was five years old, my appendix ruptured and was gangrenous. It was a miracle I lived and I have an awesome scar. I have seen many miracles in my life, but biggest miracle, is that I have a family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of my faith in Jesus Christ, in the Book of Mormon, in the things I believe and will hold onto through out my whole entire life. I know that my Heavenly Father knows me and loves me. He loves and cares about each one of us. We are here on Earth for a reason. There is a living prophet on the Earth today to help guide us to return back to our Father in Heaven.

How I live my faith

I've participated in my church all through my teen years. There are very few members where I live. I've seen lots of friends struggle with bad choices and the consequences. My testimony didn't used to be that strong but as I've kept the commandments I have seen how it can help and change a persons life. In the church I have served as a president and counselor in my youth groups. I am leaving to serve a two year mission soon... what a blessing!!

Why don’t Mormons drink coffee, tea, or alcohol? What is the Mormon Church’s law of health and proper diet?

Theodor
The use of drugs and alcohol can not only effect your health but can also harm your family and relationships. This is the reason why I was living in an orphanage in Russia. It had destroyed my family. Heavenly Father loves us and gave us the Work of Wisdom so that we can stay healthy and not suffer from the abuse of these substances. Show more Show less
