Hi I'm Robert Diaz

I was born in Honduras. I've lived a few countries outside of the U.S. I'm a husband and a father. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I'm married to a wonderful woman who I love dearly, without whom I would be lost in this world. I am the father of two wonderful boys, they are very energetic and loving. One of my favorite things to do with my boys is to play with them, I try to play with them everyday. I believe teaching my children correct principles is an extremely important responsibility I have as their father. I try everyday to be a good father and husband but like many others I face many challenges in this endeavor. I find that as try to follow the example of Jesus Christ it becomes easier to be a good husband and father for my family. I am not peferct, in fact I'm far from it, but I have learned that we can overcome our shortcomings through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because through my membership in the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints I am able to grow closer to Christ our Savior and our Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

Every Sunday I teach the youth of my Church about the scriptures and the gospel of Jesus Christ in a Sunday school class. My goal is to help them learn the things they will need to do to become good men and women.

Mormons believe Jesus Christ is their Savior. Why do we need a Savior?

Robert Diaz
We need a savior because in order to return to live with Heavenly Father we must be clean. The scriptures teach us that no unclean thing can enter the kingdom of God. We also know that God has eternal laws that we must follow. Unfortunately by our very nature God knew we would fall short so he provided a way for us to overcome our imperfections and allow us to become clean again. He did this by sending his son Jesus Christ to atone for our sins in doing so he satisfied the demands of God's eternal laws and at the same time provided us with the opportunity to become clean from our sins. We can take advantage of Christ's sacrifice for us by having faith in him, sincerely repenting of our sins and striving to live by his teachings. As we do this we can be saved from our sins.
