Hi I'm Kelsi Walbeck

I'm an editor. I'm a classically trained vocalist. I love to travel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from college with a bachelors degree in English. I am currently working as an editor in Utah. I have a passion for music. I began taking classical voice lessons at the age of 13 and have loved it ever since! I also enjoy playing the piano, guitar, and ukulele. I love traveling and learning about other cultures and languages. Paris is my favorite city that I have visited so far. I come from Japanese and Icelandic ancestry. Family is very important to me, and I enjoy spending time with them.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gives me comfort and hope. I feel closer to my Heavenly Father when I am living His commandments. I am a Mormon because the Church brings me the greatest joy and happiness. It gives me purpose in life and in everything I do. Standing up for my beliefs has strengthened my testimony and reaffirmed my certainty that Heavenly Father lives and loves us, that He wants us to be happy, that Jesus Christ died for us and was resurrected, and that the Book of Mormon testifies of Christ.

How I live my faith

I read the scriptures and pray daily. I enjoy finding ways to serve others. I believe that serving others can lift our spirits and truly make us happy. It is through serving each other that we can catch a glimpse of how much God loves us. I attend church meetings every Sunday to take the sacrament and learn more about our Savior.
