Hi I'm Jeff Menard Jaso

I'm from Philippines. I am a called to serve in the Philippines Quezon City Mission on September 2017 - October 2019.

About Me

I am a child of record. Our family was sealed in the year 2004. I experience having callings while in my youth. I am striving myself to be found worthy to enter the temple and to serve a full-time mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know this is the true church. I feel the presence of the Holy Ghost every time I attend church meetings and I receive new revelations each time I pray. I know that being a Mormon is hard to understand by other people but I know that Heavenly Father is always there for me to always choose the right and to overcome trials and challenges.

How I live my faith

I obey the covenants given to me. I read scriptures to strengthen my faith. I do not study my academic lessons every Sunday because it's the Lord's day.

Why do Mormons perform baptisms for the dead?

Jeff Menard Jaso
It is for them to receive the ordinances that they must receive while they were still living. We need baptism to fully accept the tender mercies of Jesus Christ and to become a member of this Church is one way to be back in his presence and we that are still on earth are the ones who are responsible for them by baptism by proxy to be able for them to be baptized in the true church of Jesus Christ established here on earth.
