Hi I'm Ana Pulido

I grew up in Mexico, I love my family, I love soccer, I'm a Mormon

About Me

I was born in the most beautiful city in Mexico, Guadalajara. When I was 12 years old my family and I decided to move to the US. I love being bi-cultural, and getting to be part of both cultures. One of the things I enjoy to do is spend time with my family. Me and my siblings are really close and we love to spend time together. We love going to the movies and just having a great time no matter what we're doing. I love playing soccer! Ever since I was little I developed a special love for this wonderful sport, and it has become something that I love doing. Even though I'm not be the best player in the world, I still love to play and just have fun.

Why I am a Mormon

I was lucky to have been born to parents who always put the Lord first. I am so glad for my parents and for their great example of faith and obedience. For a long time I lived from my parents' testimony and would go to church because that's what we did on Sundays. Until I decided that I wanted to find out for myself is what I had been doing for years was true or not. So I read the Book of Mormon and went to the source of all the answers. I prayed to my Heavenly Father and asked, and I was able to receive my answer. I know that our Heavenly Father wants us to be happy. That is the purpose of our life here on earth, to find that happiness. And it will come to us as we allow our Savior to be the center of our lives.

How I live my faith

I'm currently serving a mission in the Idaho Pocatello Mission. I am so glad for the decision that I've made. I have come to more fully understand the great love that our Heavenly Father have for every single one of His children. I live my faith by trying to serve and help everyone around me. I think the Savior is the biggest example of service and charity, and I try to follow his example. I am not perfect and there's a lot of things I need to do better, but the constant love of my Heavenly Father keeps me trying to improve day by day.
